Hi there! My name is Cailin and I just wanted to take a moment and welcome you to my little bakery. I started baking macarons when I was a sophomore in high school and have kept up with it ever since. I fell in love with the baking process, of choosing flavors, colors, and designs. Most importantly, I loved gifting them to friends and family. When I first started, I kept a little journal and kept data on every bake (i.e., temperature, humidity, time), wanting to begin the journey of perfecting the finicky French macaron.  When I am not baking, I do have a full-time job as a speech-language pathologist and enjoy traveling whenever possible.
